Warm Homes Loan is expected to launch for consumers in 2026 but is not yet open (as of October 2026; subject to lender approvals). Until then, the same numbers work with a 0% point-of-sale plan or a green loan from ~3.5% APR.
Grant values are indicative and subject to scheme rules, eligibility and lender credit checks. The Boiler Upgrade Scheme requires an MCS-certified installer and is deducted from the invoice; the Warm Homes Loan is a government-supported loan arranged by the client with a participating lender — M&E Solutions never lends and never arranges credit (the credit agreement is strictly between you and your lender). The trade view is an estimate of M&E's revenue share (design + project management at 100% margin plus a 15% margin on subcontractor works) and is shown for transparency.
