Electrical work by NICEIC-registered partner electricians
Working with NICEIC-registered partner electricians (our own registration is in progress — see the certification register), we deliver comprehensive electrical solutions for London's diverse building portfolio — from high-specification commercial fit-outs to residential rewires, all meeting the latest BS 7671 Wiring Regulations. Appointed directly as your architect's nominated M&E builder, you save 15%+ versus a main contractor, with full design, compatibility and compliance in one package and simple 10/60/30 payment terms — no retention.
Appointed directly by you and your architect — no main contractor in the chain, no JCT
Because you appoint M&E Solutions directly, you avoid the main-contractor markup on top of the M&E works.
M&E design, calculations, compatibility review and Building Regulations compliance — one coordinated package.
Pay 10% on design, 60% before materials and 30% on completion. No retention and no JCT.
Fund the works with 0% point-of-sale finance, green loans from ~3.5% APR, or the Warm Homes Loan on heat pumps.
Complete electrical installation services from main distribution to final fit-out, delivering comprehensive power solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential projects across London.

An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is a formal safety inspection of your electrical systems. Landlords require one every 5 years by law, and commercial premises should have them every 3-5 years.
Properties over 25-30 years old may need rewiring. Signs include: old-style fuse boards, fabric-covered cables, round-pin sockets, frequent tripping, or burning smells. We provide free assessments.
Yes, we routinely work in live environments. We use safe isolation procedures and can work in phases to maintain power to critical areas. Out-of-hours work is available.
Workmanship is covered by our written warranty; equipment carries manufacturer warranties (typically 2–10 years). We do not claim a NICEIC insurance-backed warranty while that registration is in progress.
